Shipping Policy
All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped.
- Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 hours after placing the order.
- Please note: some orders might experience delays due to the delivery company's transit time.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days to process due to the high demand of our products. After processed, it typically takes 6-9 business days for a domestic/international standard shipping delivery.
Purtly's #1 priority will always be our customer's satisfaction. Due to our extremely high demand & daily order volume, our current average shipping times can vary.
Please note:
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- The delivery periods as provided are indicative only.
- The estimated shipping time does not include possible customs delays.
- The general and specific holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.
- We can not be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.
- In the case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
